Due to the hands-on, one-on-one service we provide our customers, Monday through Thursday, we prefer you schedule your appointment in advance. You can use the calendar on our website or call us. We do also offer limited walk-in hours each week on Fridays, from 10:00 to 2:00 pm.

Depending on your selections, it may take a little time for them to arrive so to have the most available options, the earlier in the process of your project that you visit us, the better.

Yes, the majority of the material on display in our showroom is stocked material. We also offer domestic and imported special orders.

Though we stock many of the items in our showroom, some selections are special orders. WE offer both domestic special orders and imported special orders. For special orders, it usually takes about 3-6 weeks from the time of order for your material to arrive, depending on where it will be traveling from. This is why we highly encourage you to visit us early in the project so there is time for all your selections to arrive.

Yes! Due to our unique relationships and importing experience, we are proud to be able to offer special rates on imported special orders. We have the ability to offer aggressive pricing on imported specialty material that’s not regularly stocked in the country. This is something no other showroom in the area can offer.
